Agreement to these terms

Welcome to ATC Career Prep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and ATC Career Prep ("we," "us," or "our") when you use our website, buy our products, or use our services. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are, and what we are not

ATC Career Prep is an independent study and career resource. We are not the FAA. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration or any government agency. The FAA controls the actual tests, the hiring process, and the requirements, and it can change them at any time. Always confirm current details through official channels.

Our materials are built from publicly known information and real candidate experience. They are designed to help you prepare, but they are study aids, not official test content.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to give you strong preparation, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Buying a product or service does not guarantee that you will pass the ATSA or the CTO written test, be selected for a training slot, or be hired. Hiring depends on many factors outside our control, including your own performance, the applicant pool, and agency decisions.

Products, access, and license

Our digital products are delivered online. Specific access terms include:

CTO Study Guide: access lasts one month from when you unlock it, on any device. If you need more time, you can renew.
ATSA Test Prep and other digital products: access terms are shown on each product's page at the time of purchase.
Resume services: delivered as described on the resume page for the tier you choose.

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own preparation. You may not copy, download, screen-record, republish, resell, share, or distribute our content, in whole or in part. The materials, text, questions, and design are our intellectual property and are protected by law. Sharing your access with others, or reproducing the content, is a breach of these Terms and may end your access without a refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase. Payment is handled through a secure third-party processor; we never store your card details. You agree to provide accurate payment information and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Refunds

Digital products and resume services each have their own refund terms. Full details, including timing and what qualifies, are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

When you use our site, you agree not to:

Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content.
Share, resell, or give away your access.
Try to break, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its security.
Use the site for anything unlawful or to impersonate someone else.

Your privacy

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. What you share with us, including your resume and documents, is used only to provide your service and is never sold or shared for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full and is part of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," for educational purposes. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or that it reflects the very latest agency changes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATC Career Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

Accessibility

We are committed to making this site usable for everyone and we build toward WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. If you run into a barrier, email atc@atsatestprep.com and we will help you and work to fix it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
